What is this event for?

It is a festive evening filled with fun, food, and a chance to get to know your fellow Sacred Heart parents and parish community better.  This event is for adults only! It is our largest fundraiser of the year and is critical to the continuation of the school we all love. The evening includes a Cocktail Hour, Silent and Live Auction, paddle raise, cash bar, hearty appetizers, a DJ and photo booth!

Who attends this event?

All adults are welcome! Yes, that means you! We encourage parents and grandparents to attend, as well as alumni and parishioners. It is a great community-building event, and supports our incredible school!

What should I bring with me?

We recommend you bring cash, a credit card, a heart of gold, and your dancing shoes!

Will dinner be served?

You will not go hungry! The food available will encourage mingling and flexibility. There will not be a seated dinner, we wanted the focus of the evening on our main program, followed by dancing with our amazing DJ, snap some photos in the photo booth and converse with friends.

What should I wear?

Most people take the chance to dress up in cocktail attire – dresses, button downs, and blazers. The evening is not themed but you look amazing in gold (wink, wink)! You will also see people dressed more casually - in jeans and a nice shirt. This is a great option too! Please wear what makes you most comfortable.

Are there opportunities for sponsors?

Yes!

Show us your HEART of GOLD and we will return the love in various ways (advertisement, tickets and more).

Will my favorite Sacred Heart Teacher be there?

Yes! In fact, it would be so generous to purchase a staff member's ticket!

Can I donate and not attend?

Of course! You will be missed but we are so thankful for your donation.

Further questions?
